Our team

All of our senior trainers hold a minimum of a Master’s degree in Education, with one currently completing their Doctorate. This high level of academic expertise, combined with extensive real-world experience, ensures that our consultancy delivers credible, research-informed support.

Our team’s collective strengths span the full spectrum of school development from high-impact teaching and learning strategies to SEN provision, leadership development, and School Improvement Planning (SIP).
