Leadership Workshops

Workshops designed to strengthen leadership capacity across schools. We focus on strategic planning, coaching culture, performance management and creating a positive learning environment.

Our lead trainer has over 15 years of leadership experience, including founding a secondary school and leading a variety of staff development and leadership workshops, most notably as the programme leader for a range of Cambridge International courses in Leadership and Teaching & Learning. In addition to this, he has successfully supported several leaders through a range of National Professional Qualifications, including Seniour Leadership, Headship and Executive Leadership, along with supporting several educators through Masters degrees.
